2. Description of Service
Tieout is a document verification platform for comparing generated reports against original data sources.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
4. Credits and Payments
Tieout operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our available credit packs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property, gain unauthorized access, or use automated scripts.
6. Document Upload
Maximum file size: 10MB. Supported formats: CSV, PDF, Excel, Word, TXT. Max 25 source files per comparison.
7. Intellectual Property
The Tieout service and technology are owned by Tieout and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tieout is provided "as is". Users are responsible for reviewing and validating results.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
